NCP Constructions is a family owned and operated building company that specialises in residential projects. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality of service on all new builds, extensions and renovations. Our company has over 30 years in the building industry and there is no job too big or too small.
NCP Constructions’ managing directors are Nathan and Cecilia Perkins. Their partnership is one of mutual respect and trust and is evident in the professional way they run their business. They both have a passion for renovating homes and transforming spaces in to beautiful places to live in and have done this together on their 2 family homes that they have lived in.

Team
Nathan Perkins
Nathan has been in the building industry for over 30 years. He started his career in England working on small renovations through to major builds including apartment blocks.
Nathan studied carpentry and joinery receiving his qualifications from the City & Guilds of London Institute. He completed his Cert IV in Building and Construction here in Sydney and received his builders licence in 2013. He continues to love the challenges and individuality each new build brings, building relationships with new clients and maintaining them with our existing clients.
Cecilia Perkins
As well as being Co-Director alongside husband Nathan and mum to their two daughters, Cecilia runs the admin side of the business.
Bringing her years of HR experience and skills, Cecilia leads on recruitment and payroll and assists the accounts. Her time management skills and attention to detail is a major player in ensuring NCP runs efficiently and seamlessly behind the scenes.
Carpenters
NCP’s dedication to a seamless job from beginning to end, starts with who we choose to work with and who represents our company name.
We employ two, full-time carpenters; Kyle and Tom.
Kyle has been a fully qualified carpenter for 6 years. He spent a year working over in UK as a carpenter/landscaper and has been with us for 2 years.
His attention to detail, timekeeping and love for all things carpentry make him an asset to our team. We receive many compliments and thanks from all clients that Kyle has worked with.

NCP pride ourselves on building great relationships with our clients. What we see as equally important, is to engage with trades that hold the same values and work ethic that our clients have come to know and expect.
